1. Agreement

By accessing or using Derbee, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Derbee is

Derbee is an analytical research and educational tool for horse racing enthusiasts. We provide model-generated picks, a weekly coaching brief based on your own logged selections, and a research workspace. We do not place, broker, or facilitate any wager.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Derbee. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Derbee complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Subscription and billing

Derbee is a paid subscription service ($29/month). New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial; the card on file is charged on day 30. If you cancel within 7 days of being charged, you receive a full refund.

5. No guarantees

All information provided by Derbee is for analysis, education, and entertainment purposes only and should not be construed as advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Your data

You own your pick history and the data you enter into Derbee. We use it only to operate the service and coach you. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
